All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after business hours will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
